Breath is Life


Everything else, we can go without...food for weeks, water for days...breath...not so much.

But many do not know how to intentionally breath.

In this session, we will go over some of the physiological benefits of breath and then go into a full 30 mins of a variety of different styles of breath work.

This session will leave you feeling relaxed, recharged, present and ready for whatever comes your way the rest of the day.

  1. lowers inflammation
  2. increases oxygen saturation
  3. creates healthier cells
  4. increases alkalinity
  5. releases feel good hormones (oxytocin, serotonin, dopamine, dmt)
  6. floods the body with adrenaline (great if you are going to incorporate cold therapy)
